Information We Collect

Personally Identifiable Information is information that can be used to locate you, contact you or determine your specific identity. When other information is linked to Personally Identifiable Information, it also becomes Personally Identifiable Information. We must have your Personally Identifiable Information in order for us to adequately provide you with service. If information collection is inadequately limited, VIPRE Systems, LLC may not be able to provide you with the same service as would otherwise be available.

VIPRE Systems, LLC collects Personally Identifiable Information from you in several ways:

• When you purchase any VIPRE Systems, LLC product or service, we ask you for contact information, such as your name, department, agency or company address, email address, phone, fax, etc.

• We may ask you for information about your agency or department's budget projections and other information pertinent to exploring avenues for lease, grant or other payment strategies to help facilitate delivery of training services, VIPRE Outcome software licensing, and/or complete VIPRE H-2500 Field Unit. Such information is required by our processing department to provide you with affordable options toward obtaining your new equipment and guaranteeing quality service and maximum flexibility in processing your order.

• When you submit a request for information or assistance, VIPRE Systems, LLC will keep a record of the request and the way it was processed.

Please be assured that VIPRE Systems never discloses or sells your Personally Identifiable Information to any third party without your express consent.

In addition to collection of Personally Identifiable Information, we may also automatically receive and record information from your browser in our server logs and visit tracking systems, including your IP address, your computer name, the type and version of your web browser, referrer addresses and other generally-accepted log information. We may also record page views (hit counts) and other general statistical and tracking information.

VIPRE Systems, LLC may use Anonymous Information to improve our website and service, to monitor traffic and general usage patterns and for other general business purposes.

Billing Information

VIPRE Systems, LLC processes payments directly via our corporate merchant account. We use a reputable online billing company to process transactions, using the latest secure transmission technologies. We do not electronically store any department, agency or corporate credit card account numbers. Our merchant account does store data regarding transaction status and history, which includes payment confirmation, your name, your department or agency, the product or service obtained from VIPRE Systems, LLC, including Outcome software licensing, training from the VIPRE International Training Center, LLC, VIPRE H-2500 Field Unit, or other product or service. The merchant account transaction records also include payment date and payment amount. No sensitive payment details, such as a credit card number or bank account number, are accessible after the transaction is complete.

Cookies

A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier, that is sent to your browser from web site's computers and is stored on your computer's hard drive. Your data are available only to your VIPRE facilitators in the marketing and fulfillment departments. The server housing the database is physically protected at a secure location at our own business premises, to which only authorized personnel have access.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

From time to time VIPRE Systems, LLC may change its privacy policy. If we make any changes regarding disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information to third parties, then we'll send you an e-mail (or notify you by pop-up screen) prior to the date the modified policy takes effect. We will also post conspicuous notice of the new policy at our home page. Any new policy will have prospective effect only, meaning it will not apply to information previously gathered without your express consent.
