CAN I LOAD VIPRE ON MY PERSONAL LAPTOP?
Yes! We have just released the S-3000 Vagosympathetic VSA software on an installation CD. The minimum hardware requirements are 1 MB memory and either XP or Vista Operating System.
DO I HAVE TO BE TRAINED TO OPERATE THE VIPRE SYSTEM?
Yes. To be certified as a Voice Stress Examiner, VIPRE requires all examiners to complete a 40 Hour Basic Examiner Certification (BEC) held weekly in Orlando, Florida.
IF I AM ALREADY A VSA EXAMINER ON A COMPETITOR'S INSTRUMENT, DO I HAVE TO COMPLETE ANOTHER 40 HOUR BASIC EXAMINER CERTIFICATION COURSE WITH VIPRE?
No, VSA principles are constant in our profession. As long as you are currently certified as a VSA examiner by any nationally recognized VSA vendor, we only require you to complete an Instrument Orientation Certification which is done via the phone.

Yes. The H-3000 Field Unit and Upgrade Package both have a 3 year parts and labor warranty.
